LaGrange, Indiana

LaGrange is a town in the county seat of LaGrange County, Indiana. LaGrange was laid out and platted in 1836. LaGrange are home to the third largest Amish settlement in the county. The first courthouse was erected in 1833. The second courthouse was a frame structure erected in 1843. The third and present courthouse was constructed in 1878-1879. LaGrange is a quite small town that moves at a slower pace from other bigger towns. And that alone is a quality within itself, I think.
