台灣小吃都喜歡😋
5種都喜歡, 不過我個人都很挑, 做得不好吃的店家絕對不吃! 台灣的小吃其實都是經典美食, 但做得好吃不容易, 做得好吃的店也不多, 所以, 我個人並沒有常常吃, 要剛好有到好吃的店附近才會去吃, 除非像鼎泰豐那種會特地去吃!
以前台灣尤其是南部, 吃各種小吃是很講究時令的, 當季的才吃, 蚵仔煎一定是冬天有茼蒿菜才吃, 蚵嗲等炸物也是冬天才賣(因為夏季不適合吃炸物, 是在寒冷的冬日街頭, 一攤熱騰騰的炸物攤, 有蚵嗲, 炸蕃薯片, 炸韭菜捲或炸葱捲), 辣味烤玉米也是冬日街頭的美食!
All, 但我偏愛蒸肉圓，不是炸肉圓。

Fun fact: oysters used to be considered a cheap snack popular amongst the working class, and sold on every street corner of London in the 19th century, but somewhere along the way, they got gentrified and turned into a luxury item.
記得Allen在酷的影片裡說過，跟豐原有很深的淵源，其實豐原廟東有許多美食老店，蚵仔煎、肉圓、四神湯、排骨酥麵、菱角酥、涼圓、鳳梨冰，都很值得試試～

Those are daily desert of people living here, pretty delicious after Allen's vivid tasting.
I notice(and some here noticed too) the omelet is somewhat unusual the way it served, it's made with water-spinach instead of bok-choy and used soy sauce instead of the usual sweet chilly , but all is well, water spinach usually make things more crunchy and tasty

很多外國人對蚵仔煎,肉圓這類軟稠的澱粉皮不能接受.....但願意多試幾次,習慣了口或就會發現很美味.....
我希望我在嚐試外國美食時也能用這個心態,去體會並愛上那些本來不喜歡的民族傳統食物.

可以去找傳統的黑輪攤，有煮/烤的黑輪/米血/魚板/大腸/苦瓜封/貢丸/菜頭.....等等。好吃的店，湯頭是很好喝的，湯加上一些芹菜末&胡椒粉超讚！小時候當小朋友很喜歡吃

If you have a oven, it is very easy to make the beef noodle at home. Take a longer time to cook, it will give you the best flavor in return.
I think you should include the Taiwanese hamburger in your list. Peanut powder with the soft pork wrapped with the soft bun, thinking of it always makes me mouth watering.
Next time, if you come to Pingtung, I will take you to the Pingtung style steamed meat balls. I prefer the steamed one. 😂

"Xiaolongbao" originated in Changzhou, Jiangsu, in China, by Wan Hua Tea House, in the years of Qing dynasty, Daoguang Emperor (AD1820 to 1850). Xiaolongbao evolved from the guantangbao (soup-filled dumplings/buns) from Kaifeng, Henan province, the capital city of Northern Song Dynasty (AD 960-1127) in China.
But the most famous xiao long bao in the world is in Taiwan. Taiwanese are good at making food from other countries better.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. When it comes to prices, it might be worth pointing out to your non-Taiwanese viewers that taxes are included in the pricing and there is usually no tipping. Unlike, say, California, where you would end up paying about $40 for a $30 dish when you figure in tax and tip.

艾倫有機會去南投竹山的話，有一種叫蕃薯包，外面是用蕃薯（地瓜）做的，裡面包竹筍跟肉，吃起來QQ的，裡面胡椒味很重，我很喜歡，可以嘗試看看
The last two items were made with potato starch, and the clear noodles found in the items you shared with your three friends were not rice noodles, they are bean threads, which were made from mung beans.

Hi, just a tip when eating beef soupnoodle. There should be a contain with pickled mustard, try some in the soup. That will balance up the broth.

Oyster omelette came from a siege 400 years ago in Tainan. Hungry soldiers tried everything they could to find food. Eventually, greens, eggs, sweet potato powder and Oyster(cheap and everywhere near An-ping shore, like mussels in UK) were cook together.Looking like a mess yet surprisingly delicious.

Tapioca starch is the gradient used for the gluey coat of meatball.
Any edible food in TW that looks gluey and chewy are probably made from them (e.g. the bubbles in bubble tea)

豆花也是台灣著名的平價小吃，很適合喜歡吃甜食的老外朋友，價格也蠻便宜
肉圓南蒸北炸，口味還是有很多調整的空間的。要吃美食，靠山吃山，靠海吃海，還有不少外國菜本地化的食物，尤其還有不少傳統功夫菜和原住民傳統菜...從歷史到地方創新的美食路線很多啊

真的推薦Allen來豐原的廟東（廟口夜市，在媽祖廟旁邊，也推薦鳳梨冰

台中南屯市場離我家走路5分鐘 蚵仔煎 富春肉圓 旁邊還有肉羹麵 (蕭)爌肉飯 (姊妹攤)爌肉飯 水桶肉粽，好吃的東西很多

都喜歡吃，都是常常吃的小吃，影片中的牛肉麵，看起來很好吃，牛肉很多塊喔！
大部分的外國人
都不敢吃、不喜歡吃
黏黏軟軟的食物
例如蚵仔煎、肉圓、麵線糊之類
重點只要敢嘗試的外國人，幾乎都會喜歡，口感跟外觀，很難判斷好不好吃。
只能嘗試才能瞭解。
有加拿大朋友第一次來台灣，他們還說蛤阿煎是史萊姆呀～
建議真的第一次帶外國人吃蚵仔煎，一定要帶去吃酥皮的，太軟一次就不會再吃。

“蚵仔煎”一定要試試台中沙鹿火車站前的那家店賣魷魚羹羊肉羹，可以要求店家煎脆一點，她的醬汁超好吃😋

U should try "劉家水煎包" in 公館，their cabbage steamed bun 😋😋 my favorite.

大部分的標準肉圓皮都是軟軟QQ的，不會特別油炸到表皮有點酥，只有特別少數的會剪開皮後再回鍋去油炸一下讓它剪開的邊緣酥脆，代表的就是彰化阿三肉圓。
兼顧品質 65還算合理！下次一定要試試竹仔腳麵食館的麻醬麵 超好吃😋⋯⋯大敦11街有排隊水煎包很好吃 試試吧！

For Xialongbao I go to one on xiangshang road it’s 100 for 8, but so good. The place is nicknamed ‘cheap Din Tai Fung’ 🤣
