I'm with you bro, RIP all of them.
Seem's in a heaven's music ljves too. They can't not play bad. Soul, soul. Sorry for my English. Vacabulary lazy. Best for parents, for you're children, wife. And for YOU.
@@rampantsl4430 Don't worry your message comes through loud and clear!!
My favorite group,since 1975.
I,m very often listening this concert on 2LP vinyl.
Everyone have to admit that there can never be a replacement for David Byron, my most favourite singer.
I really salute Mick Box for somehow keeping these great band going. Love you man!
Thank you Ken Hensley, Mick Box your music will live for ever.
Actually Ken Hensley's songs.
@@pjackson8027 original Uriah heep line up, reference.
Это уж будьте уверены!!!
❤❤❤
Nothing like Thijs van Leer to keep Uriah Heep in Focus.
Beyond thanking UH for all the great times they have helped me live, I must thank CZcams for letting me see them as many times as I need
Their music fills my sole, been listening to Heep for 50years and will be listening for the next 50years and beyond Long Live Heep.
Hi Janet, glad Heep fill your shoes ! 🤣
@@neilculshaw7855 They certainly do......right down to my twinkling toes 😆 🤣....my only defence is that it was very late the night I wrote that comment 😅 Heep Forever ❤
Kerslake was a beast on drums... Seriously, one of the best ever...
I think he lives in Victoria B.C. Not sure.
@@DrexProjects No, Lee Kerslake lived near London (we were Twitter friends, DMS etc b4 I got banned). Was latest singer Bernie Shaw that was born in Victoria British Columbia 😊
Correct 😊 I told him that as well 👍😊
@@brucethomson3512 My mind must be shot almost 66 Years old. Thanks for the info.
@@DrexProjects you are not shot out..
You are one of the AWAKENED ones.....you are Here!.. NOW!.
YOU KNOW why you are here. .
You know what you must do...
Like me,,,you've been affraid to do this.... but at 60, I'm losing the fear..... what's the point of holding fear, anger, regrett, and blame? . I let it all go......to this music.. ' I must go softly now" this is the greatest fusion rock blues band ever created.....
Truly listen......
Thank You Ken Hensley miss you man!
Rip Lee, Ken, Trevor, John......
Sometimes I forget about the sheer genius of Uriah Heep, pure awesomeness of everything from lyrics, to musicality to technique ... could be the single most under-recognized, under-appreciated band of its time.
i agree 10000% !!!! That's why they have been Poets and also Prophets. Mankind doesn't love truth too much....
@@michaelfreddy9727 Yup
i agree
I wouldn't go so far as to say they were underappreciated. It's old codgers like myself, that want to relive these long ago years and times. When music was art, that invoked heartfelt emotion, and not just expect money for just existing.
Wish I could have found a girl like you. To listen to this great music.....as the years go passin by.....
OMG how time flies
I saw Uriah Heep for the first time in 1971
Mick Box was standing half a meter next to me and was playing the guitar
Grown up hearing Rock. I am 65 years today and still love & respect such bands. Uriah Heep has full power in their music.
Yep I m 57, young man. Love them.
64 & I still play The Magician's Birthday album regularly. I bought it straight after I found Very 'eavy Very 'umble in 1973. Something special was happening during the making of The Magician that's not on any other album. Theijs van leer's flute adds magic to this. Loved Focus Hamburger In Concerto I just heard Theijs Van Leer's vocals & I still as always love them.

I'm 61. I still love Rock n' Roll. Makes me wonder will there be "Old Folks Homes" piping in URIAH HEEP, Lead Zeppelin, Rainbow, and such heavy music to appease us dinosaurs ? Hmmm?
BTW - the older I get the more drugs I do, daily! Following Doctor's orders yet. WAY more than I ever did in my wild youth! SHEESH!
Uriah Heep up there with the best. RIP to all the ones that passed before that created this awesome music.
Vocals: David Byron, John Lawton, Bernie Shaw all excellent!
Bass: Gary Thain, John Wetton, Trevor Boulder all excellent!
Guitar: Mick Box, a Master!
Keyboards: Ken Hensley, a Hammond superb and composing demon!
Gratest rock band in history!
Drums: Lee Kerslake, a drum artist second only to Neil Perth
Without a doubt amongst the best bands the world had seen and is still seeing. Simply among my very favourite groups. Its really very very sad to have seen most of the members of the band have left us. RIP to all of them.
- Trevor Bolder Rest In Peace 🎵🎼🎶🎸😭🙏
- Lee Kerleske Rest In Peace 🎼🎶🎼🎶😭🙏
- Ken Hensley Rest In Peace 🎵🎼🎶🎼🎶🎹😭🙏
An absolutely brilliant performance, Bernie is now completely in control as a vocalist. He looks totally comfortable in this hugely talented lineup.
Bernie kills it
One of my all-time FAVORITE prog-rock bands ever! Got to see them live, and it blew my mind! It doesn't get much better than this! When I hear Heep, I long for my youth, my headphones, and my young girl's dreams! Thank you for decades of great music and so much happiness!
💖💖 same to me dearest
Класс ,, группа самая лутшвя !!!!!!!!!!
I'm there with you Cynthia. I'm 61 now, but I was in my teens during the 70's. Like you, this music calls me back to another time, when I was young and eager to tackle a world I was still innocent to.
I guess the music is all that's left of that time. But it was one HELL of a ride!!
Now, here today, you ever wonder where the real music went?
God I hate the dead noise, that now passes for music!
Uriah Heep siempre.
Подерживаю....старина!..самому 67...это просто фантастика!!!!
Immer wieder ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art.
July morning, best ever
Mick Box,the most underrated guitar player of all times, and for sure one of the best.
Lee Kerslake what a drummer. Never got the respect he deserves
My number 1 favourite band , and I mean that.I just realised that.
Still in my blood at age 62
My favorite JULY MORNING N A YEAR OR A DAY FROM THE RTN TO FANTASY ALBUM.
THE SPIRIT OF U HEEP LINGERS ON
There was always something magical about a Uriah Heep concert. Without them, the music landscape would be much poorer. I'm glad I was able to experience this band several times!
Great performance, was not expecting to see John Lawton, sad to hear of his passing awhile back.
Заскочил только глянуть и не смог оторваться. Какой всё таки талантливый Кен Хенсли, просто чудо. Да и остальные парни молодцы.
This is a true gem, one of the best live performance videos I have ever seen.
So glad to see Ken again.
Best Band best people sorry for Gary Thain ... my Bass Master. Mick also a Genious.
Sry for dyin but we all must go at a tempred time.
I hope for my self this Music will NEVER be forgotten.
Uriah Heep is always a Magicians Birthday.
Drownin on old band thefts.
Magician's Birthday Party and all guests was OUTSTANDING and AMAZING......MICK BOX one of the greatest always listening way back to the early 70s and had the pleasure to see the original band play together live! LOVE LOVE LOVE this LIVE performance!🤩🤟
Wow, revisiting this concert, what would you give to be at the show with the great John Lawton and Ken Hensley to inspire the current brilliant lineup to greatness, we are fortunate to experience this show, thanks for uploading. They don't make them like this anymore.
Pure magic to see Mick, Ken and John together. If I were at that concert I would probably pass out from joy when John Lawton appeared out of nowehere to sing Magician's Birthday and Sympathy.
Это лучший концерт за всё мое существование. Смотрел несколько раз . Обожаю Uriah Heep.

Holy shit! Great concert! One of my favorite bands. Wish I was there!
I’m 62 now and my first UH album was Wonderworld and I was 17.
Mick Box is a great guitarist. very original riffs and lead breaks and a good showman!
Wow!!!!! Love it!!!!!! This music will stand the test of time. So good....so well constructed ....and so well performed......this band and this concert will still be popular for many years to come... Thank you to all the guys from Heep...particularly the original band members who added so much enjoyment and escapement to my early years. Love you guys!!!!!!
lo mejor de lo mejor lo maximo en Rock
This is the hardest working band I ever saw....and I'm just now starting to realize how amazing they were/ Are....saw them in 78......but wow they are still going and better . This music will last the test of time like Mozart or Beethovan....
This is the greatest rock ever composed.. and the greatest vocals ever......wow....at 59 yrs old I'm just re discovering the music of my youth.....but strangely, it's the music of my time. My age, my spirit....wow.
Yes indeed....it is the greatest rock ever performed.
Yeah! They are the perfect bridge between Prog and Heavy Rock. And they have the best Background singing of any Heavy Rock Act.
@@endtyme ...no matter which period of their career
Many years ago at a small venue on the North Norfolk coast. West Runton Pavilion used as a warm up gig by many top end bands and not long after Lee had left the band. We had on consecutive Fridays two biggies booked. Bizzard of Oz with Lee on drums and the following week this bunch.
l worked at the venue as set up security at the time so had all areas access.
I bumped into Lee just before the sound check and told him Heep were playing next week.
End of gig he came and found me. Gave me a sealed envelope and said "make sure Mick gets this please"
The following week l gave Mick the mentioned envelope. 20 odd mins he came and found me and for a little powerhouse. gave me the biggest hug ever.
l never did know the contents but it must have been special
LOVE Lee Kerslake's drumming style...and they way he handles the Kazoo!!

Paradise / The Spell, Music cant be better than that
the Music ... indeed - but the singing ruins it! :'-(
No doubt that these are some of the best notes ever composed !
Agreed
Paradise / The Spell is not music, it is pure emotional magic
I get a jones for that tune often, I play drums and love Kerslake style, this new man clones Byron RIP. Cheers
Фантастический концерт!!! Как они балдеют от своей музыки и друг от друга!
Easy Living... How close it was to the flavor of a Deep Purple song!
I dig the S**t out of it!
The thing that gives me the most joy is, seeing all the young people in the crowds!
It's the youth today, that needs to be exposed to some REAL music and real art! They got to see there's so much they are missing out on, as they attempt to hold on to the shallow and egotistical crap being peddled to them today, from the industry.
Мощный легендарный состав..наша молодость...одна из лучших групп...20го века.жаль многих нет
Didn't expect this to be quite so bloody good, actually. Great.
"Return To Fantasy" absolutely smokes!!
01:22 40 real Magic Moment, to this day only Mick is still there, how sad. Ken Hensley was the guy who wrote all that wonderful music for us. What a strong singer Jon Lawton is. Fantastic drumming too.
Mick Box is BIG
@@milkakontic8736 Very underated guitarist, good to see appreshiation, may be mislead on big but not my concern, lol
I like you
Uriah Heep....always the best.......
Excelente música para apreciar uno de los grupos mas grandes y exquisitos guauuuu...
Bernie Shaw is incredible.
It's Christmas Eve as I sit here having listened to this from start to finish and I can guarantee that it was far better than anything that will be on tv later, or tomorrow, or for quite a while probably. Excellent stuff. This band deserves to be doing much better than it does here in the UK.
The UK is like the States. It's the industry that drives the music now, instead of the music driving the industry. It's all about the money. True artistry and music are dead, replaced by the self indulgent and the greedy.
July morning its a Rock and Roll masterpiece,Bernie high notes,as always impecable, amazing voice.
R I P John. You will be missed. Blessings.
One Of My All Time Favorite Bands!! 😂 👍😎😜
The Heep with backing singers and flute... wonderful stuff.
I saw Uriah Heep live in 1974. Still the greatest band around even though only Mick remains of the original group. I just wonder why Bernie was sent given more credit. And finally I'd like to add my condolences to the families of Lee and Ken.
Lotta tears with so many friends no longer with us. Truly magnificent! I would say "Awesome" but that name is reserved for G-d Almighty! Uriah Heep were / are beyond compare. Mick signed my Deuesenberg Starplayer Custom TV after my endless search for a Les Paul Black Beauty.... My Brother in Law David had one back in the late 70's, wish I had bought it when he chose to sell it. The Deuesenberg the nearest thing (though I am a Strat person). Heep, Quo, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Heart, Doobies...... Bands in a league of their own!
heep , zeppelin , black Sabbath , pink Floyd , king crimson , hawkwind , Santana , grand funk , ELP, alice cooper , james gang , jimi Hendrix , Jethro tull , stooges , mountain , renaissance , bloodrock , captain beyond , dust , mc5 , yes , goodthunder , blue oyster cult , atomic rooster , chase , angel , nekter, tangerine dream , mandrill , mahavishnu orchestra , robin trower , Nazareth , and stones and beatles , what great music , what sweet times.. take me back!!
+carlo tavares Deep Purple, Whitesnake
yes, yes, yes! ...ford theatre, rare bird, traffic, the collectors, it's a beautiful day, seatrain, blue's project, vanilla fudge, janis joplin, the doors, mr flood's party, blues magoos, eric burdon, cream, spirit, the illusion, steppenwolf, rascals, the orig deep purple, the who, slade, etc....
Need to add Free, Bad Company…. and more and more…. and agree TAKE ME BACK!!!!
carlo T You have good taste friend. Check out Weed. They did one album called Weed and Ken Hensley.
carlo T You should work some Frank Zappa or Captain Beefheart into your rotation. Not quite prog rock but both were very creative during 60s70s80s
For a live concert, this is possibly Uriah Heep's best work!! I especially like the three back-up sisters! They blend well into the band's performance!
Of his contemporaries, I'd much rather sit all day and listen to Mick Box than Clapton or Beck. The ability to write and play engaging songs is what makes Box a very underappreciated musician in the realm of guitar rock.
Can anyone explain why Mick is not more highly regarded. His versatility and creativity is exceptional. Fed up of hearing so many guitarists being lauded when they are often only "notes per minute" merchants or strummers. Thanks Mick for years if enjoyment. 👍
All the rock bands from England ... they are just fantastic!
Have been there, what an amazing show, cannot forget that!! Also great aftershow party. Lots of conversation with Mick, Lee and Bernie. Mick and Lee friends with since late 70's. All in all fantastic, fantastic!!! Thanks very much for posting.
RIP Trevor. I love listening to you play!
One of the great 70's bands, and my favourite teenage band. Dreammare blew my amplifier TWICE! This concert is delightful, and the title plays hommage to this celebration, tender, relaxed, yet energetic - it had to be, or it would not be Uriah Heep. They opened with Stealin', the same song they used in Porto in 1980 - Box, Hensley, Chris Slade, John Sloman, Trevor Bolder. Unforgetable!
Miss David Bern and now Ken Hensley!! RIP Gentlemen!!! Mick and Lee still have it!!!!
Stillhrtr
I'm so happy I had the chance to be in London for this concert. Such a great experience! R.I.P. Trevor Bolder, John Lawton, Lee Kerslake, and Ken Hensley.
I saw them News Years Eve 74-75 in Cleveland at the old Richfield Coliseum. They opened for Blue Oyster Cult or shared the bill . I don't remember except that they were both amazing.
ONE OF THE BEST SHOW - EVER!!
1:34:56 Hey... its nice to see Thijs Van Leer of Focus ....Uriah Heep ...i grew up with their music.....great concert,
Beautiful. The singer is on great form.

Mick Box, still sounding great.
One of the best
Uriah Heep rocks!
Yeah, and rolling on another world. RIP. All of them.
Who would have thought yodeling in a Heep tune would work? I like it.
Kerslake/Bolder were one cookin' rhythm section...got to meet all these fellas in 2001 and damn glad i did...can you say LEGENDS?
Hardest workin band I've ever seen.....glad I got to see them in 78.. dam that was some time ago. Wish to see them one more time....this time....to really appreciate who they are...wow! What a fkn band!....
Pure genious......I hope the next generation will see this and record them as a modern day Mozart, or Vivaldi, or any other genious classical rock band..... this music will live on.
Defenetely the more I listen to this band the more I like it and the mote I believe they are unique abd so especial. Part of my life
Пожалуй это - их единственный концерт, на котором они исполнили эпик "Paradise / The Spell", который я очень люблю, наравне с "July Morning", с самого раннего своего детства... и спасибо огромное им за это!! Эта музыка будет жить вечно! / Perhaps this is their only concert where they performed the epic "Paradise / The Spell", which I love very much, along with "July Morning", from my earliest childhood ... and thanks a lot to them for that!! This music will live forever!
Мурашки по коже.. Супер
WHAT A REALLY FANTASTIC Track List:!!!! Never seen this show.... Now i have been viewing all live shows i happen upon on YoiuTube, remembering Ken Hensley and Lee Kerslake! What an awesome show!!! Absolutely impressive rendition! Thanks for uploading and sharing this. Well, i frankly admit it : Bernie Shaw is really GREAT. Just like George Byron at his best. I really mean it. Coz he's sober and he's not a young lad at all in this concert! Wow..... R.I.,P. , Ken and Lee.... How i have been lovin your music for all these 30 and some years!
Завершающие две песни - мега драйв и вынос мозга! 😍👍🤟🦾
Спасибо за видео❤
Absolutely wonderful songs, amazing musicians, great band - music for eternity!
And I LOVE Lee singing parts of Paradise/The Spell! He is my all times favorite, an outstanding drummer with a voice I fell in love with! No, more than this - I love and adore the whole man! ❤️
R.I.P., Lee!
Great drummer and singer and sweet man. I was disappointed that Hensley didn't sing his own part, however. When they reunited again in Russia years later, Hensley sang like he did on the studio version.
Bernie Shaw grande cantante rock!!
Одно из лучших концертных выступлений Uriah Heep.
Phenominal!
старое но незабытое вечная классика
Ping Pong
Thank u for the upload of the complete show and for the track listing
Слов нет как же все вкусно звучит… Великие Хипы !
John Lawton!
This is just an incredible gig, love it!
This version of the band was yet another "Great" chapter in the band's legacy. Trevor on bass? Hell Yeah!!!! Great vocals as always! I saw them in Virginia doing this same set. Words cannot describe!
Lee is fantastic. And Ken. It was a rare opportunity to perform Paradise/The Spell the way it was originally intended.
Throu the years everyone who ever played keeping the heep music alive all did a great job .its why new fans are hearing this now .as great music like this will live on .heep music is one of a kind .always has been .different .master peices .thanks .love Uriah heep .all heep singers through the years great job guys
After 42 years i will seen them again.thank you guysfor amazing music.
Seen them in the 70s brilliant , oh those wonderful 70s you seemed to be able to see all the best rock bands at the city hall and Mayfair in Newcastle upon Tyne ….
So awsome love it...thanks
This may have been the band's finest moment!
Brilliant, its great the music lives on. Mistress Of All Time I loved the most
