@1BlackSheep Because DDE don't understand is that when you lease a car you just don't turn around and chop it up and think that you own the car when technically your really just borrowing the car until your lease is up and if you decide to buy the car outright but it can also happen is that the car company doesn't have to sell it to you if they don't want to. As for Stradman he is a big risk taker for a particular car like this Koenigsegg he has here. Each to their own but if I were him I would think really hard next time before you pull the trigger on something like this matter because realistically he is not Donald Trump here that he just has money to throw around and just buying or even lease anything that he wants. DUDE! Why are you not registering the cars in Montana!! No tax, no emissions test, drive your car in Utah with Montana plates. There are tons of businesses that will do it for you. You spend $2k open an LLC and register your car. Ssssoooo many people with super cars do this, including me and friends of mine. Learned this from one of my mentors that lives in Utah.

I suggest that James should install a winch system in his garages so in case one of his cars gets stuck he can just use the winch to pull the cars back to his garages

Have a bucket of gravel that is inside the heat, when gravel is needed, you put gravel behind the rear wheels to get grip. NEVER use salt, because the salt that mixes in the snow and settles on the car causes damage to the paintwork and the possibility of rust under the car and in the wheel arches. In Sweden, this had never happened with the car, as in Sweden it is legal to drive with studded tires.

As a new entrepreneur I'm trying to learn the ropes and one of the new hurdles is financing and understanding that "buying" isn't always the best option once these prices and payment are $$$$$ like equipment, cars, trucks, ect. i'm trying to buy a piece of equipment and i can "rent" to own or buy outright and honestly you just gave me the "lease", "rent to own" and out right own into three light and totally justified why i would want to lease or rent to own a vehicle or equipment which value may fluctuate and selling or trading might become an option! I had not thought of it that way and this actually helped in many ways solve a few holes in the business plan with the finances! "going into business i'm a bit nervous!"
get track pads like 200$ on amason some interlink and have grip top and bottom to avoid sending it flying into the car. also investing in that snow plow even a mini one will be WAAAAAY better than the salt that will rust everything. i carry a bag a sand for that and i use sand to get traction on ice and packed snow. sand cleans salt erodes.
Spinning the wheels when a car is stuck in snow is quite possibly one of the worst things you could do. Gently feathering the throttle as you rock it back and forth in the divot you're in is the way to go if you don't have cat litter or anything to get you traction. the only problem with a lease is that it's imposable to break out of. if you have a stable job and you know you won't be fired next week then a lease might be an option for you. but if you dont have a stable job and a good income than a lease is very risky. never the less what James did is a very smart choice.

Never salt cement. Eats it up. Calcium is better. Heats up when it gets wet, works great
In Utah they put a sealer on the driveway. Salt doesn't affect it.
Road/sidewalk salt is calcium chloride for that reason. And more ions when it mixes with the water from the snow

A clay based cat litter works great to get traction under tires and it also adds weight to your rear end when you carry it in your trunk.

Spinning the wheels when a car is stuck in snow is quite possibly one of the worst things you could do. Gently feathering the throttle as you rock it back and forth in the divot you're in is the way to go if you don't have cat litter or anything to get you traction. I think an awning from the tunnel to the garage would be a good idea! So you can reduce the amount of snow in that area.
Tip on not getting stuck on the ice like snow you have and that is don't hit the gas to hard just let the car roll
the only problem with a lease is that it's imposable to break out of. if you have a stable job and you know you won't be fired next week then a lease might be an option for you. but if you dont have a stable job and a good income than a lease is very risky. never the less what James did is a very smart choice.
