You are a seasoned and experienced real estate consultant- please reach out to the investors, feel the pain and spread true feedback of builders and their employees. Here, you have choosen a wrong builder and worst real estate guy who doesn't come with a good background. AIPL can't afford good professionals, therefore this guy is there for 9 years. He is not employable in other reputed real estate companies, fit for AIPL only.
I bought a small shop in Aipl ppts and Aipl is charging me 2 months brokerage for leasing it after the shop has been empty for 8 plus months .... smaller players are doing much better leasing than their joy central and even joy street is not giving a return over 4 % .... so why should be consider u as a realtor if u are interviewing such selfish companies who dont pass on the profit tot heir end customers ??
