Having ubab'Madondo is always refreshing. He is an earth angel positive reinforcement of ubuntu is the only way we are all going to win and survive as a nation. May we also include hoax youth leaders that exploit children from disadvantaged background. Some of these situations are lessons from unresolved childhood trauma.
I greatly admire Bab Sifiso's thinking approach, which undoubtedly explains his success. One key aspect of his achievement is his ability to seize opportunities provided by successful systems. On the point of Mentorship, you are correct, Pen. In personal Branding, we learnt about a Personal Board of Directors. These are our heroes who produce content and write books. Since success leaves clues we can learn from the work they have done.

Healing by surrounded by people is always in my heart. Growing up, when u give birth, ur mom, ur aunts, come to ur house. No chance of depression, no hard working, u have company and u relax and look at ur child in the eye without distraction. Where theres death, uncles, and aunts come. They stay behind, and withdraw gradually aftet days. They do give u space to be on ur own, but u know u have support. I like that abt Africans.

Morning Penuel, just wanted to know what your thoughts are on having your employer as a mentor. I’ve always been cautious with this considering potential clashes which may arise which relate to what you want and what the employer has planned for you. Your comments will be appreciated.
I was not gonna comment on the religion issue but I felt compelled, by the danger of gross generalization about religion! To begin with there are more than 24 thousand Christian denominations in the world, with different traditions, worshipping & prayer schedules, ranging from daily to one day! There are more than 2.4 Billion people in the world who profess to be Christian! I have my aunt who used to praise & worship and then pray for an hour approximately every morning at 4 am! Then at 9 pm all of us are called to the lounge, even from our outside rooms for worship & prayer! The Bible commands, "Pray unceasingly, meaning when you are walking towards your bus station, driving in your car, or in an elevator, you should be prayerful as the Holy Spirit leads! The uncle to your kids could easily be what is called a "churchgoer" & had no root in Christianity, the Bible, or fellowship with Christ, hence he did not even know that he must pray unceasingly, which is in black & white in his Bible! 1st Thessalonians: 5:17 - 'Pray unceasingly'! I am just against Black Pen's reductionist approach to a Faith that he has not studied! 🥺
I agree with ubab’uMadondo regarding the gut feeling. You can be very experienced in business but go for a stupid business deal (which ticks all the boxes of a bad deal) but your gut feeling just refuses to let logic prevail. The feeling does not depend on experience, theres just something that tells you to not do something or to do something. Your gut feeling does not really assist in every decision you make but when it does, its usually pulling towards a decision which does not make sense when you think about logically.
The reason why you not where you wanna be is because you not moving towards that direction ❤

Yes. On average I would say Christians pray maybe twice or thrice a day. Sometimes more when we fast.
