Lightly scrape the upper surface of the blades near each corner. First check thicknesses and avoid any that are paper-thin. Scrape the thicker corner(s) first.

my concern is how not to shave/scrap it too much. I guess this material removal is a non reversible process.
What about about flattening the A and B in the second octave, any thoughts would be appreciated.....

We use razor blades on the highland pipes as well
