डूंगरपुर जिले के सागवाड़ा थाना अंतर्गत 27 जून 2024 को भिलुडी गांव के पास माही नदी में पानी के अंदर एक बोरे में लास की सूचना पर सागवाड़ा पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और लास को राजकीय चिकित्सालय सागवाड़ा की मोर्चरी में रखवाया जहां लाश की पहचान नरेश रोत उम्र 38 वर्ष निवासी डेरिया फला के रूप में की गई नरेश की पत्नी काली ने अस्पताल में पहुंचकर लाश की पहचान की थी जिसने रिपोर्ट दी थी कि उसके पति नरेश पिता धुला रोत उम्र 45 वर्ष शाम को करीब 7:30 के लगभग अपनी मोटरसाइकिल लेकर निकले थे और घर वापस नहीं आए । पत्नी ने अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ हत्या का मामला दर्ज करते हुए बताया कि उसे किसी पर शंका नहीं है और कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की थी मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए मोनिका सेन पुलिस अधीक्षक जिला डूंगरपुर एवं निरंजन चारण अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक डूंगरपुर के आदेश अनुसार व्रताधिकारी व्रत सागवाड़ा रूप सिंह के निर्देशन में थाना स्तर पर प्रभु लाल मीणा थाना अधिकारी पुलिस थाना सागवाड़ा के नेतृत्व में दो विशेष टीमों का गठन किया गया और घटनास्थल पर बारीकी से जांच अनुसंधान करते हुए सीसीटीवी कैमरे चेक किए गए और संदीग्ध लोगों के बारे में पूरी जानकारी प्राप्त की गई जरिए मुखबिर तंत्र के सूचना के आधार पर घटना के बाद गांव वांदरवेड में मोरन नदी के किनारे करीब एक साल से खेती कर रहे कीर जाति के लोग भी अपनी फसल छोड़कर चले गए जिस पर पुलिस द्वारा दबिश देकर उक्त कीर जाति के संदिग्ध लोगों को डिटेल कर मनोवैज्ञानिक तरीके से पूछताछ कर अभियुक्त गणों को थाने पर लाया गया तो घटना करना स्वीकार किया है जिस पर तीनों अभियुक्त गणों को गिरफ्तार कर अग्रिम अनुसंधान जारी है A dead body was found in a bore in the Mahi river, police revealed the blind murder and arrested three accused. On 27 June 2024, under Sagwara police station of Dungarpur district, on receiving information about a dead body in a sack under water in Mahi river near Bhiludi village, Sagwara police reached the spot and kept the body in the mortuary of Government Hospital Sagwara where the body was identified as Naresh Roat, age 38 years, resident of Deria Fala. Naresh's wife Kali reached the hospital and identified the body, who reported that her husband Naresh father Dhula Roat age 45 years had left with his motorcycle around 7:30 in the evening and did not return home. The wife, while registering a case of murder against unknown persons, said that she does not suspect anyone and had demanded legal action. Looking at the seriousness of the case, as per the orders of Monika Sen, Superintendent of Police, Dungarpur district and Niranjan Charan, Additional Superintendent of Police, Dungarpur, under the direction of Vratdhikari Vrat Sagwara Roop Singh, two special teams were formed at the police station level under the leadership of Prabhu Lal Meena, Police Station Officer, Police Station Sagwara and after closely investigating the incident spot, CCTV cameras were checked and complete information about the suspicious people was obtained through the informer system. After the incident, the people of Keer caste, who were doing farming on the banks of Moran river in village Vandarved for about a year, also left their crop and went away. On which the police raided and interrogated the suspicious people of the Keer caste in details psychologically and brought the accused to the police station, they admitted to committing the crime, on which all the three accused have been arrested and further investigation is on.

इनको कानून के तहत सजा मिलनी चाहिए
