I think in general the Lexus probably goes a little cheaper, but not much. Both the Lexus and the Toyota are starting to become collectible. This one went for over 40K.

I bought one thats a 97 lx450 in mint condition for $1,000 from a pick and pull yard before anyone noticed it was there, untouched lol
