Hi Somesh, our builder has placed the commode in the bathing area and we are planning to shift it to the dry area. So , what I wanted to know is - Will the shifting causes any kind of leakage in the future because we don’t want our below flat owners to suffer any leakage because of us. And if we want to shift what kind of precautions or material we should suggest to our interior. I really hope you reply to me because you are so good in explaining things and I can trust you blindly. Due to a medical issue we want to shift the commode to the dry area.
There is no particular precaution required for this work; just hire a good plumber or contractor. Check for any leaks and take pictures of the plumbing lines before installing tiles, to ensure that any future drilling does not puncture the lines. Install floor tiles with spacers and use epoxy grout (not regular grout). Also, don't forget the waterproofing, It's a simple process but demands a careful approach. Even minor mistakes can result in a total failure of the waterproofing. There will be no leakage issues if the contractor is experienced and uses the right tools and fittings.

This condition is quite common when proper ventilation isn't provided. You should install a good quality exhaust fan instead of a plastic one.
