Gave birth on the cold concrete, she looks at each passing by hoped they could take her 6 puppies

Sometimes human evil reaches unfathomable proportions. Lily was in labor on the street, but unlike other dogs, she couldn't find a den or a hole to hide herself in. She's given birth on the concrete floor of a sidewalk, in front of the entrance to a residential building.
She has been there for about two days in cold and hunger, and the residents have been passing by without care.
I don't know how they pass by her and pretend like she doesn't exist!!!
