Filming my meals of the week. Most of the ingredients and food we use, come from Aldi, or Lidl or sometimes Tesco. Affordable and family friendly (lots of our meals need to now be baby friendly for our weaning 7 month old, BLW IG page below). I follow easy, nutritious and delicious recipes, that are quick to make. This is highlighting SOME of our meals in a week, of course this is always changing so I plan to film this regularly. ENJOY ♥️

Hi Sophie, I was only thinking about you today when I saw your lovely photos of the three of you on your Instagram page! I can't believe that baby Orin is eating Dahl, he certainly won't be a fussy eater that's for sure! I loved the sound of all those recipes (especially the Lemon and Rice Chicken - I love lemon recipes - my favourite being grilled salmon and Tagliatelli in Lemon Butter!) Hi Sophie, the wraps you made looked delicious. I loved all the chicken meals you did. Chicken is so versatile and I am going to make the chicken and rice meal you made. I make something similar to that anyway and your one looked very tasty.

@@Sopherina I think if you start them off early with a variety, they tend to like pretty much anything as they grow up. My 2 have always loved sprouts, so I must of done something right with feeding them as babies ☺️👍 xxx

Thank you so much lovely ♥️ i am well thank you, I was very unwell with sinusitis at the start of the year, and then we were away as a family last week. Finally back to it ♥️
I do find Aldi is increasing in price, it's making a noticeable difference to our monthly outgoings. It is a result of Brexit uncertainty and I am hoping it stagnates soon ♥️♥️♥️

We are going to try the lemon chicken this week, looks delicious! How much rice would you use in the half pint of stock? I need to feed two adults and a toddler. Keep up the great work :-)
Wooo! I would say around 1 and a half cup of rice for 2 adults and one toddler! Or 2 cups worth. We use an average size mug to measure! Enjoy🥰

Hi Patricia! Thanks for asking ♥️ I started off the year very unwell with sinusitis, causing a lot of headaches and inability to film! Last week we went on a holiday to Centre Parcs with Orin and it was wonderful. Back to filming now and feeling good, I hope you are well 🥰🥰♥️
