  • Ingredients:
    1 cup quick steel cut oats (You can use any oats)
    2 cups coconut milk ( I used homemade)
    Roughly 1 1/2 cups water to soak oats.
    * depending on your preferred consistency you can add about 1 cup more water once you’ve added the oats to the pot and stir.
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp grated nutmeg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    200g nature’s charm coconut condensed milk
    ** Use sweetener of choice and adjust recipe to fit your liking**
    ENJOY!!!

    I love porridge. 🇩🇴 this is similar to how I learned to make it with my abuela. We use cinnamon stick, whole cloves, a little butter while the water and milk is boiling

    • @AuthenticPlantbasedEats
      @AuthenticPlantbasedEats  Před 3 lety

      I use homemade coconut milk.
      Coconut milk is usually widely available at any local super either in the frozen beverage/milk section or canned.
      You can also use any plant milk for this recipe such as almond.
