Option seller agar stop loss lagata hai toh limited loss ho jata hai. Aur option selling main jo limited profit hai usko kaafi aasaani se bana sakta hai. Yeh market main jo asli main trade karta hai usko pata hai ki option buying karne wala aadmi kabhi bhi profit zyada time tak profit nahi bana sakta.

I think the payoff graph made for put options are wrong as the maximum risk the optionwriter is taking is strike price minus the premium collected !!! and vice versa for put option buyer maximum profit is when stock reaches a minimum value of zero minus the premium paid

IF I WRITE CALL OPTION IN MORNING AND RECEIVE PRIMIUM, THEN CAN I CLOSE IT ON SAME DAY.?IS IT POSSIBLE?
At morning you write a option, means you sell a option that time you will receive the premium. And on same day you wish to close it that means you have to buy that option (bcoz u already sell it in morning) & for buying option you need to pay premium. So the diff. in both premium is your P or L.

If you short the option then you have benefit of time decay.

Depends upon broker
Zerodha , upstox take approx 80k for banknifty and nifty for selling delivery basis in intraday it's around 25k to 35k
But aliceblue , astha trade like broker u get very big margins .
But recommend not to use very big margin in option it may leads bankruptcy or even suicide cause loss is unlimited

premium is dependent upon many things, it will change on daily basis
What you see on option chain that is weekly expiry and what you see on zerodha is monthly expiry so on option chain change date to month end expiry you will tha same price
that is because the NSE website takes a while to get updated a minute or two but the trading platforms get updated more quickly than NSE site...thats why we usually see that difference...we need to go with our trading platform price because it would be the latest...please correct me if I am wrong...

Just wanted to understand that if I have sold a "Put" option (e.g. Nifty 13100 31-Dec-2020 for a lot of 75) on 10-Dec and have received a premium of Rs. 10 and will let it expire on 31st of Dec. How my payoff will be calculated if Nifty closes at 13500 on the expiry date. Will it be Rs. 10 X 75 = 750? Would appreciate your quick response

Because if he's shorting call then the probability of him profiting from the trade is 66.66% he told this in previous video, so basically when u r shorting options the chances of u winning the trade is high but the loss can go unlimited, hope it helps
