I gotta say, I love jamming to this song on the drumset, and the big drum fill at the outro is so complex, I actually have to improvise just to get through!!! Other than that, this is one of my favorite hair metal songs ever!!!
GREAT rock song. Mike Matijevic had an incredible vocal range. A bit over the top at times. A good record producer would have pointed out the silly moments but this was their debut album and Im sure he wanted to show the rocker crowd what the new guy could do. He was THE REAL DEAL though. And had no problem whatsoever hitting those screaming highs during Steelhearts live performances. Unfortunately the idiots at MTV decided to kill their barely 10 year old, phenomenal, gold mine of a TV station when they said "no more rock/rap music only" about a year and a half after Mr. Matejevic and the boys released that debut. STOP! HAMMER TIME! Puke. Gag.
Rob Halford of Judas Priest decimates this guy. Further proof is in the fact Rob can still perform some decent vocals at close to 70 years old, Miljenko still sounds good but has lost most of his ability despite being more than 10 years younger than Rob.
