The higher the quality of the oil, the more expensive it gets.
I’m not too sure if that is a cologne,toilette,perfume, or parfum, but I’m assuming he used fragrance oil (Also known and perfume oil) And perfumer’s alcohol (75% ethanol, 25% distilled water) With maybe 2% fragrance oil and 98% perfumer’s alcohol if it’s Eau De Cologne. That perfume also seems to be mainly Bergamot, a type of orange, that is a citrus note. The ‘oils’ he poured in probably was already made beforehand with the perfumer’s alcohol and the fragrance oils. I’m not too sure if the Dior Sauvage is a citrus perfume, but the one he made is likely to be a citrus perfume since it says ‘Wild Bergamot’ You should be able to buy Bergamot fragrance oils almost anywhere, since it’s a common fragrance oil. I don’t think Dior Sauvage is a citrus based scent, looking at the perfume bottle, so I’m assuming they don’t smell exactly the same. If you want to make what he made. Top Note-Bergamot Orange, Laurel, Watermelon Middle Note-Vetyver, Precious Wood, Seamoss Bottom Note-Amber, Tonka Bean, Oakmoss. Easiest way: Grab a bottle of Dior Savage perfume, open it, grab an empty bottle and pour the savage perfume into the empty bottle, close it, put your own label and Voila!!!!

@@aseraiman7892 Then you make it more denser, so in a 100ml bottle, put like 12~15ml of the fragrance oil mixture, and it’ll be eau de parfum.
