True Heroes U-53 Helicopter Review

- Months of waiting have finally paid off. The True Heroes version of the U-53 helicopter is slightly different from it's Soldier Force counterpart, but it doesn't look like we will be missing much.
I had a chinook, a bulldog jet and an npc. It was my best toys of my life around 2012 . Thaanks for the nostalgia 🙂
The JOYIN 10-in-1 Jumbo Military Transport Helicopter is really great too and fits GI Joe vehicles like the VAMP.
Very few vehicles can fit in a real MH-53 helo. The only vehicles I've seen fit are rubber raiding rafts, quads and dirt bikes. So the U-53 toy is actually accurate. The real Chinook can carry more than an MH-53 when it comes to cargo capacity, so the toys are actually true to the real McCoys.
Those guns included in chap mei figures will work great with marvel legends and G.I. Joe classified series figures
That's an excellent set with various vehicles!
This thing is actually bad ass.
how much does it weigh?
The Heat Viper launcher is probably that big because it has an ammo drum, perhaps of three rounds of HE or a drum of six. This way the Heat Vipers could lay a good supressive fire, even playing the role of a indirect fire support team. The two unique and non detachable rounds was probably there to engage light and Heavy Armor. You must picture them in squads of three with some sort of vehicle for carrying more ammo and provide transportation and defense for them. Despite the comic books, it's way clear that they should stay in the third or the fourth line in a engagement, not in the first line, in the "heat" of the battle (bad pun intended).

I’d say figma is good enough except some taller figures but marvel legends is pushing it

I don't use GI Joe vehicles much for the actual figures I usually use them for Army men

I have a cheaper version of this I got from Wal-Mart around Christmas of 2021. It is the same molds but not as detailed. It's the knockoff of the knock off. But I am going to be doing some custom work to it and turn it into the Cobra Heavy transport helicopter from the Comics.

Length: Approximately 2 feet, 2 inches. Width(not including wings): 4 inches. Rotor Diameter: approximately 2.5 feet.

Ahh those early figures 😭😭 I remember wanting them but the articulations were so bad I stick to mega construx to this day they’re small articulated design in mini figures is unmatched it baffles me that people play with legos anymore when mega is out here doing gods work over night
I love mega construx but they dont make sets like they used to so that could be the reason

Excellent. I’ve never had a complaint about the plastic quality of Chap Mei. Perhaps in the early days. But not today.
