For the letter that you sent it make sure if you sent it with EMs they have a track number you can check it out from their web site
What is EM? The letter we sent was new, so there was no tracking number Now that they replied, we have got a number

Update* we have received a letter from the office that we needed more proof for the accommodations and this was 1 month from sending the application forms, so my family cannot come until next year because it is already too late
Is the intention for inviting your family that they stay there in Poland with you forever? Like legal migration? Or do they go back?
