Team number 57 - Round_1 Mega Online Challenge - "SAMADHAN" by MHRD & AICTE with ICFHE

Innovation Cell of the Ministry of Human Resource, in collaboration with AICTE launched a Mega Online Challenge ‘SAMADHAN’, to invite ideas and innovations that can help fight against COVID-19.
Student innovators, researchers, educators and startups from all over India shared brilliant ideas on how to fight against COVID19.

We can actually limit the item count using some validations. What is the idea behind hiking / doubling the fare if a customer opts for more items of same variety ?
