Joining Dover Sea Angling to Fish Admiralty Pier - Apply for a Pass

My password doesnt work i tried to login to apply a pass it keeps saying your attempt was unsuccessful please try again i tried so many times with the user name and password that was emailed me but it doesnt let me login really frustrated with this.
