A shame the cg art would be lost but on the bright side more resources would be put on Lost Stories and maybe, just maybe, some of the art would be reused for the game.
We lost one but got a gem in return, hope the global released becomes successful enough to revive the series.
I’m not really surprised but I’m sad because this game had so much potential and we never got to Zeo of the End story or future characters we wanted to see.
Let’s hope this game ending is something worth making the game being remembered with a good ending.

As one who has been a “Code Geass” cosplayer years back this is just absolutely appalling…shameful too.
I enjoyed the side stories of Kou and Arthur, what a shame we wont get Toshizoh's and Zeo's. Although, Im waiting for the end of the main line of the story

I’m not that surprised about this news but this game has potential and it’s a shame that the CG art will be lost. Let’s see whats next!
I feel like Genesic Re:Code is the manifestation of "it's about the characters, not the robots" Kind of BS that western shows like Voltron Legendary Defender and Gen:Lock claim to be.
Just look at the gameplay. They have the characters fight and summon the KMFs instead of having them pilot the KMFs like the anime did. Like come on, how come they expect people to put up with that BS?
That's why I believe that Lost Stories is the right direction to go bc no matter how hard you tried to spin it, Code Geass is by and large, a bonafide mecha franchise.
I just wish that the exclusive KMFs from Genesic Re:Code could be included as playable units in Lost Stories.
They are part of the same universe so it is possible
@@mygamingchops303 True. Which is why, I'm hoping that Code Geass: Lost Stories would include the rest of Code Geass contents in the future (especially the exclusive KMFs) so that it could become the ultimate Code Geass mobile game experience.
So far, they already have Oz the Reflection and both Suzaku and Kallen spin-offs, all in Chapter 1,5 and some from Lost Colors like Nonette and her Lancelot Club. I'd love to see them include the likes of Genesic Re:Code, Akito the Exiled, Resurrection and perhaps the fabled Z of Recapture and numerous new contents in the future.
Personally though, I'm expecting a Gridman Universe collaboration, complete with a Gridman-based KMF since it's been collabing with mobile games like Symphogear and Medarot (both are still running). Plus, there's also the Lancelot hero from Suzaku of the Counterattack (I wish the MC would wear the suit and become available as a pilot 😂) and there's also the fact that Gridman is voiced by Li Xingke's VA, Hikaru Midorikawa.
Its a shame I didnt play it as much as lost stories but still did like it
After delay after delay of the game we ended up with a game with a company that knows how to shit on mobile games. It's a real shame but in the end we have Lost Stories and I'm waiting for the global release of it.
So what allowed code geass lost stories (2nd gacha game) for the west and it got green lit, and yet imo code geass genesis looked more interesting imo? Any explanation, plz and Ty

Its sad to hear this, despite the hype of this game before they release it. I thought they would do better, enough to release the game internationally.

Honestly I wouldn’t mind seeing a video of you hating the game because let’s be honest this game never succeeded anyone’s expectations.
I’ll definitely say if you want to play other games, play Dragon Ball Legends, Fighterz or xenoverse.
