Obtaining a Planetary Jupiter Image from an MP4 File

  • This tutorial shows how to:
    1. Obtain the best quality frames from an MP4 video using PIPP
    2. Stacking the frames into Autostakkert 3
    3. Enhancing the stacked image in Registax.
    Keep in mind that the Jupiter Video used here is very small video for demonstration purposes only. You may also use any MP4 video file from a DSLR, the bigger the plannet in the video, the better the final result will be.

    why windows 7 sir? Is it cannot run in windows 10/11 ?

      This video is 6 years old, he probably didn't move to Windows 8/10 then. Don't worry. Windows 10 has backwards compatibility up to Windows XP.
