How to Get Pecharunt in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet - Mochi Mayhem Epilogue Event

Pecharunt is (likely) the final Legendary/Mythical Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet, and is obtainable through the Epilogue event quest: Mochi Mayhem.
Pecharunt is the final Pokémon in the Pokedex, and is the Pokémon that's connected to the Loyal 3 (Fezandipiti, Munkidori and Okidogi) from the Teal Mask DLC.
To catch this Pokémon, you must complete the event quest: Mochi Mayhem. This quest can be started by first connecting to the internet and receiving the mythical Pecha Berry item via Mystery Gift. However, after receiving the item you can only begin the quest AFTER completing both DLC storylines in the Teal Mask and Indigo Disk.

Can somebody answer me why the event is not being triggered even though I have two DLCs and I'm finished with the story and redeem the gift ( never mind I found out why it turns out that you have to do the tournament thing after defeating the elite 4 and the champion)
