I’ve used quilting cotton, plain fabric shows up the embroidery better. Bag stiffener is similar to strong stabiliser, sweetpea sell it. It turned out really easily I did the 5x7 fairly easy to make and doesn’t take too long. I love it

We've used all quilting cottons. The bag stiffener is our own brand Essentials Bag Stiffener.

Yes, the pattern needs to be adjusted to make the opening for turning bigger.

i always leave a gap about 1 to 2 inches more than they say. I can see that is a real struggle for that young girl...

Try a small zipper on the diagonal of the base. Then turnout will be easy, and can be unstuffed for washing.

I think it's our Brother VQ2400 or our VQ3000. They're great machines to sew on. They have now been superseded with later models.
I just bought the file and according to the instructions it’s called bag stiffener I would like to know what that is if anybody knows thank you.
Bag stiffener is our own brand of Tex for making bags a little firmer. It's similar to Decovil Lite but not as thick.
I went and bought soft and stable. Can anyone let me know if this is similar to this stabilizer

What are the two battings that you put on first? Thanks
Looked like a stabilizer and the soft and stable that acts like a batting. Full instructions are in the purchased design. Have confidence in SPD,

The batting is our Lucious Loft Viscose batting and we've also go a layer of our Essentails Bag Stiffener for some extra structure.
Why two battings? Seems a waste!
One is a bag stiffener to give the project a little more structure.
This tutorial ensures I will not be making this one.
