- Khayar lake is a beautiful high altitude lake in the Annapurna conservation area. This vlog covers everything you need to know about trekking in Nepal and specifically the Khopra Danda. Nepal will leave you spellbound. The grand views of Macchapuchare Annapurna South and Dhaulagiri throughout the trail. Today we see Muldai which is almost at the height of Khopra and Bayeli.

Hotel at Khopra Ridge- Khopra Community Centre Lodge
Only One Hotel here in total
Cost- 600 per room Food Seperate
Left at 5:50 in the Morning
Steady Climb Initially. Lots of step Climb. The whole path was very well made. It took us close to 3 hours to reach the tea house
After Very Steep Ascent to Khayar for 1.5 hours.
Reached Khayar at 11:45. Trekking time 5 hours. Total 5 hours 45 mins including break.
Next Day- Descent from Khopra To Paudwar village
1600m that is 5200 \ft
Ideallly takes 3.5 hours (took us 6)- Because of my twisted ankle.
Lunch at Paudwar- Hotel Dhaulagiri.
Taxi to Tatopani cost 3000
Stay at tatopani- Hotel Himalaya. 1200 for 4 bed room
bathroom sharing
2000 for private
Breakfast was really good
Dinner- Old Kamala
Good Cafes- Dhaulagiri
Day10: Taxi to Pokhara. Total cost 6200
If shared cab: 1200/per person
Bus:800/person
Or take cab to Beni(600/person). Lots of buses from there(600/person)
This Episode covers Khopra to Khayar, back to Khopra. Then Khopra to Paudwar village to Tatopani and then to Pokhara
