the low beam front head light always ON, when car start engine running. even it doesn't switch on.. Switch it on or off. The front head light always light On with engine running.

I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla and have exactly the same fuse box on your video. My question is that the fuse box indicates FL ABS 50A. The fuse in my Corolla is missing on my fuse FL ABS slot. Does my car have ABS then? I will appreciate your reply and thanks for posting informative videos.
