Today we're checking out the latest professional wrestling trading card release that features the first Licensed DWAYNE 'THE ROCK' JOHNSON autos in nearly 20 years. The checklist for this product is incredibly tiny and features only 6 featured wrestlers (The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, John Cena, & MJF) with 3 others on dual autos. Always loved Leaf wrestling products. Leaf Originals Wrestling back in like 2014 was my favorite. Even got a few of the original art from that set.
Thanks for these types of rips. Usually a football only collector, but I can definitely see the value. Leaf is making moves for sure.

The 1/1 quad auto has already been pulled along with a 1/1 DJ auto . Also for future openings , if you don't want to spoil cards from being seen , do away with the top view . Dynasty Breaks does a nice set up where the camera is facing straight so you don't need to cover cards anymore

I'm waiting for the hype to die down! Then I'd try to buy a base Dwayne Johnson auto and MJF. A lot of the BIG HITS have already been posted on auction and its day 1.
Completely unsolicited so my apologies, but I had the pleasure of ripping 7 Rookies and Stars Blasters today, and I was blown away. Would be a cool video to see how 13/14 blasters stack up vs. 1 Hobby Box. (That’s approximately equal value.) I think it’d be a video you would really have fun with too, and I think you would be just as impressed as I was with the results! Love the content as always RGL 🤙🏽
Retail as an overall experience can be extremely brutal, but overall the value I thought was there. I know you’re all about good value, and I think it’s something worth looking in to!

Dude I think you and your community might end up making me a WWF/E and Nascar only ripper. Just opened a 2022 Honors box and got about $40 worth of cards out of it. Football and Basketball are now dead to me but this stuff I can fully get behind. 😄

AEW Revolution PPV this Sunday! The card is crazy stacked. Stings last match. Then in a couple of weeks, Sasha Banks debuts!

leaf messed up not having you open this box before someone pulled a 4way 1 of 1 last night.
Very expensive, but there are some awesome cards in the set. Too many parallels and 1 of 1's though.
The two product hits, Rock 1/1 and Flair, Hogan, Rock, Stone Cold 1/1 were hit by breakers before product even released. Guess it saved me $500 from trying to chase those cards.
Really wasn't happy to see that, but also I've never thought a product was outright 'dead' once the top cards are off the board. The ceiling is a little bit lower, but not to much lower because there are 4 other 1/1's of those cards out there. Kinda like how Definitive baseball didn't die when the two Ohtani/Ruth cuts got pulled.
Cool product, but I'd need prices to come down a bit before giving it a shot. With a lot of the really big stuff pulled, hopefully, it will. Leaf is smart to focus on sports (including pro wrestling) where not having uniforms/logos doesn't matter much.

I feel most boxes will have MJF auto cards so you’re paying premium amount of an off chance for a Rock auto or even Austin Flair or Hogan but will likely get MJF

I love these types of Leaf products, you can get amazing looking low numbered autos for super cheap and I mean a product like Leaf Exotic are you kidding me?? Stands up to any high dollar panini products to me.

Thanks RGL! IMO anyone that pays $500 for this box has lost their mind. If you don’t get Rock auto you have lost money on the box. Leaf cards tend to not hold a lot of value.

@@zkspsjsj FACTS, Leaf has been straight fn boss last 3 years and this is definitely worth the GAMBLE because that's what buying cards is, a gamble. But leaf is badass andakes better cards than some and definitely the price for hobbies is light-years better than any other product.

I did the math and there should be a total of 1,440 Autos. 44 of them are The Rock Autos. Duals and quads are included. That means there is one The Rock Auto for every 11 cases! I took the Data from Beckett.

Can't correct you because I didn't do the math. I just eyeballed the checklist and got a rough idea. My count on overall cards in the product was wrong.

I just dont like how your ROI is all based on literally one card. If you dont hit that card, you wont be breaking even. That seems problematic
The first Rock non-auto /6 sold for $60 BIN. MJF Auto should do $125+ so there is $200 back in 2 cards and I got the worst auto of the 6.
