First ride on the Dragon Cyclone Pro eScooter, never ridden one before, almost stacked it twice.

Went for a cruise around the paths and a few bits of grass etc to see just how good it was off the paths and road, really impressed so far. The second motor for steep hills is awesome, the breaks held up great even down steep hills (I'm 100kg's). So kids and their poppa could ride safely without me being to worried. Only problem is we only have one! for now it seems.

Great vid. I am working toward a Cyclone Pro from the same shop as I'm only 15-20mins away from Sumner Park so great for any issues or servicing etc. If you would be so kind....
How was your experience with customer service? - especially after your purchase.
You almost stacked it twice - is it down to how much care is taken or are there some gotcha's that make it risky?

After sales service has been great. One stack I had they straightened the bars for me and replaced the valve in the rear tyre at no cost. Key start barrel came out, also repaired quickly. Breaks are brilliant. I’m mid 40’s and haven’t ridden anything in a long time so speed settings were adaptive to my skill level. Opened her up as confidence and competence improved.
