Life of a programmer.....sometimes you are just too immersed in your work that you forget your surroundings. This could happen for hours. It's not that we don't care about people in our life, but when coding, we sometimes need to hold 5 or 6 things simultaneously in our brain. So we don't have any bandwidth left to give our attention to something else.
