The 1972 album titled "A Song for You" had six A-side single releases. I personally own and treasure a gold plated printing of the CD offered to collectors in the mid 90's.Anyways, Hearing Michael bring this song back for new ears is wonderful. It's a happening version & I love it!
I just saw in concert. He has natural talent. I mean an arena with 12,000 people and we were all quiet to hear him belt it out without a mic even. It was rather impressive.
He always does the last part without a mic....saw him in 2010 and this month again in antwerp and he did it again....my favorite! Close your eyes is so pretty to!
Saw him yesterday in Arnhem (Netherlands) and he sung this songs at the end,.. Sooooo beautiful! The whole room was breathing as one! And in the end he sung this without his orchestra... Just wooow.. That was Awesomenesss!! Really can't wait till he comes back!
