- This is my birth story. It was probably the most horrendous and terrifying experience of my life but the outcome was more amazing than I could ever imagined. I love my boy.
If anyone has any questions about what to expect when it comes to contractions and labour in general then just let me know in the comments below & I'll try and answer them.

so sorry your labour didn't go how you planned, but well done for getting through it. He is absolutely gorgeous x
I'm so sorry for all drama and pain you had to go through, but congratulations on your beautiful son! And what a cool name too!! Wishing you and your partner all the best xx
I'm sorry you had to go through all that! I was watching and I was scared so I can imagine how all that felt to you 😮
Besides, having your plan destroyed...gosh!!
Your son is beautiful, though! Congrats!!! :D
Yeeees congratulations my dear!
Congratulations!!!!! Your story was so similar to mine. I went into labour in the middle of the night, went to delivery centre at around 8am but had to be transferred to hospital at around 11.30am as my blood pressure was so high so off i went in ambulance, I was lying on a table pushing for what seem like days ..... it was really only 3 hours before baby began to get into distress and I was taken into theatres for spinal and forcep delivery!!
I had a vile midwife who came in the ambulance with me as they dont allow partners and she was so horrible to me, i remember feeling really upset! not nice when you are in labour!!!
So lovely to see him arrive after watching your videos throughout pregnancy xxx
LOOOOOK ATTTT THEE BABBAAAYYYYYY!!!!!
Thanks so much for sharing! You are a glowing new mommy and your son is gorgeous :)
Congrats to your baby! :)
Congratulations what a beautiful baby xx
congratulation jade your son is so cute and you look amazing
Ps. it may not feel like it now but your episotomy will be back to normal in no time. i a had terrible tear and i remember i was in the bath a few week after crying as i never thought i would feel the same again. it was agony. 6.5 months on....its all fine xx
my labour was pretty much like yours, at first i was calm etc, then it got to the point where it was just to much and was probably around 9.5cm and i just started screaming. i didnt wanna be one of those people but i just lost it. i was already in a hospital though. i had basically no pain relief, until i got taken to theatre, and ended up with an epidural where i had to put my knees to my chest, while being 10cm and in sooo much pain which was unbelievable how they expected me to do that. my baby got stuck, so had to have forceps. i had an epidural, and they had to ask my mum how numbed they wanted me to be, and my mum just said to just numb me as much as they could, so i couldnt feel anything from the top of my stomach downwards. reminded me so much of my labour and delivery, and i didnt want that kind of delivery either, but all was bothered about was that my baby got out safely.i was happy when they said i was going to theatre, because i knew i was gonna get that epidural that i wanted.
Congrats!
OMG what was the reason for.braking the the waters in the first place?
