  • Research has shown that diversity in the workplace boosts innovation and financial success. But Switzerland’s tech sector is still lagging on this front, says Valérie Vuillerat, co-founder of Witty Works, a consultancy that helps companies root out unconscious bias. In this episode of CNNMoney’s summer series highlighting diversity, Vuillerat, a long-time advocate for more women in tech, argues that business leaders need to be more concerned about the lack of women in their ranks. “Diversity is a growth imperative and what I observe in the Swiss market is that this belief isn’t here,” she says.

Total GARBAGE! Unless you are a lesbian women generally don't like computers, engineering or earthmoving. AND THATS OK! Like men not being nurses. Because men and women are DIFFERENT.
