- In this video I demonstrate how to attach molle pouches to a tactical load bearing vest. The pouches used were a milsurp canteen pouch and a milsurp m4/m16 magazine pouch. Thanks for watching!

Great Job! I never would have thought to "weave" them. But once you explain it in common sense terms it seems so obvious. Thank You for the straightforward explanation. You could have made this complicated, but you didn't. You are a natural teacher.
Thanks for watching!
I’ve seen so many people at the range that don’t have theirs attached right. I knew there was a reason why the mag pouches had the loops under the straps. I was thinking they wouldn’t be there if they weren’t needed. Nice to see how it’s done right. Appreciate it! Ordering my first chest rig tomorrow so I was doing a little research and came across this video.
Amazing video!!! Now I feel comfortable to actually buy a vest with molly rather then Velcro! It looks so much better!
Punchball Thanks for watching! I think you will find that you will like the molle vest much more - its stronger and more verstatile!
And molle rigs are a lot more stable and less likely to fly off when snagged or bumped
I never thought about explaining this, but now it seems obvious that it's not obvious.
Good job, man!
Thank you sir! My dad taught me how to do this and I’m sharing your video to a friend because he got confused when I was explaining it to him over the phone.
Great vid man I had no clue on how to do this until I watched this
MagShot Airsoft thanks for watching!
what he said.. thanks!
this was great i watched the first minute and i emmeditly got my chest rig and did this and it works great
Agreed, now I can make a custom tactical vest. Thanks for the vid man!
Great video on how to make those Molle attachments tight and secure and not move! Thank you!!!
5:02 Great editing, my brain didn't know what was going on for a minute
Hey thanks for the tutorial on how to install the pouches. I just purchased a seat organizer that mounts behind the driver seat. I wasn't to sure how mount all my gear pouches and this sure helped me out...thanks again!
Great video. I had no clue how tight my gear could be if I attached it the right way. Thanks.
Appreciate the video! Was going to go straight thru to the bottom but was like let me make sure that's right!
Great vid, I would have never thought of that on my own, no way, I'd be sagging and floppin all over the place lmao
Yeah... Me too!
Heh saggin and floppin
Thank you very much for this! I've always just ran them down and snapped them but hated how loose they felt. I never even realised I had it wrong the whole time. Lol thanks again!
Very good video, still holds up well in 2023. My buddy corrected me once and tried to explain it to me but couldn't see it bc it was a for a hydration pack attachment
Thank you. Just purchase a MOLLE vest. Learning every day.
I just got my issued gear and didn't know how to correctly attach my pouches until I saw this video thank you
Great video! Short and sweet! Thanks!
Great vid, when I first started I thought molle was like velcro :P
Thanks, this will help me set up my vest properly. Awesome video!
Excellent presentation!
Thank you! it seems like a lot easier than i thought!
Wow...Stupid simple but it really does make a big difference. Thanks for the knowledge man! It's the little things that help the most sometimes.
This was very helpful! Thanks.

Now I know how to do it properly, thanks.

Wow, I was going to get a vest and a few pouches for airsoft and I didn't even know I'd need this trick! Thanks!
I know I'm a little late, but help doesn't expire ;)

I can feel the nail follicle on my thumb being pulled and separating from the nail just watching this. That material is so course and grippy.
Very good demonstration. I was PRETTY confused by the whole Modular Lightweight load bearing equipment.
thanks for watching!
Yeah no problem!!!
Excellent explanation. Thanks
Thank you my friend. Well explained.
Thanks for the video. I'm going to have to redo all my stuff now.

Thanks mate!
dude thank you, I just got my mopc and I already attached the pouches (the wrong way it seems). guess I will be redoing them.
I love all about UCP equipment
Thanks!!!
Perfect thanks! I just got my molle for my Police department and I was putting on the stuff wrong like a dummy...no wonder everything flopped around lol
am off to the mountains hiking 9 days so any flapping around of kit would have driven me nuts.thanks again.
The only thing I would do different is to take canteen out of holder, easier to weave empty stuff.
YOU LEARN SOMETHING EVERY DAY! GOOD VID.
Nice
Dude wish u still made videos
Doing this I was right yes I didn't mess it up haha thanks bro
Thank you. Know I now why my didnt fit right.
Wow fucking A I have a day of getting my stuff to gather now. Thank You
Thanks brother. I was doing it incorrectly.
Pro tip, do it with the pouch empty. Its much easier to weave it thru
Amazing video my pouches wont be moving once my vest gets here
Edit: My vest is here and all my pouches are very well secured thank you
I was able to see just fine
You got that surplus so cheap!!! It’s so expensive even for Chinese knockoffs nowadays… upwards of 20 for a small pouch
thx :D
The webbing is called a PALS grid
I figured this out on my own while tinkering with my airsoft stuff, but once I did, everything started working better. It is hard as fuck to do this when the straps are stiff and haven't been broken in.
I also prefer AK. I don't care for the 5.56 in general and the AR platform in particular (a jam prone, high powered .22 vs a well made, rugged, reliable, lots of it platform and powerful rounds? To me it's a no-brainer to pick the AK and several rifles chambering .308 Winchester, such as the M1A, FN FAL, H&K G3, etc......) With the U.S. being so AR-centric it can be hard to find good double mag pouches for the AK. I came across the Russian company Surppat/SRVV; I think they're partnered with the Czech company Tactical Pro. They make really excellent AK double mag pouches and triple mag shingles (they call them bandoliers) for the same price or cheaper than most single AK mag pouches on the American market. You just have to be careful ordering because they also make pouches for the Czech C58 and it can be a tight squeeze to get 2 AK 30s into a C58 pouch. Before that, I like the Black Hawk tier stacked AK double mag pouch (they're expensive, as you'd expect from Black Hawk). Anyway, my real question is do you know of a way to attach extra/additional MOLLE to rucks and tac vests/plate carriers? So often, I see gear I like everything about it and it has little or not enough MOLLE as I'd like. Originally I thought go to a mil surp store and gear that's cheap because it's got holes, rips, coming apart, etc......, use scissors to make it to the size I want, and use super glue and liquid stitching to make it like I want. Do you know of a way to get extra MOLLE on rucks , plate carriers, etc...... and have it attached good and strong so I have all I want? I looked at the sewing videos and those are beyond my skill
great video but not I was looking for i thought this was pretty straight forward just loop it through button it it's pretty easy
Damn, i had no idea that there was a wrong way
question
my backpack with molle system on the top has only two rows horizontal instead of three.
if a pouch requires three down, is there a way to fit it tightly with only two?
Sorry for the very late reply, but depending on exactly what pouch you're putting on the backpack, and exactly where its situated and what your carrying in it, two rows can be sufficiently tight. I would recommend that you go ahead and try to fit it, load it up how you'd like to have it, and see if it looks like it will work.
I was wondering what should I put on my Camelbak? a canteen maybe lol but seriously a med-kit maybe?
I have both on my tactical belt! It's tough to choose between emergency medical supplies and water, I would always try to have a good med-kit while still trying to have both. Thanks for watching!
I never would have thought this was somethjng people didn’t know until a friend had stuff attached to his pack that was all sagging and loose. . Dude acted like I taught him how to breathe
I wonder how many privates searched this in ait because their sargnt laughed at their pouches hanging off😂
Thank you so so much noe my airsoft gear dosnt move at all
Thank my mag pouches dont bounce around anymore
Thanks for watching!
Drop the canteen down one comple row of MOLLE webbing. Then you may be able to reach it. That’s how the army teaches it….
now that ive seen it done properly I feel like a complete idiot not figuring it out sooner I always thought it was just extra that never got removed due to the demand for equipment being needed asap
At first I thought you were supposed to sew them on
So what i learned here is my flashlight pouch is infact, made incorrectly.
R u a vet?
Take out your canteen, it goes a lot easier, otherwise nice video
.
"A little tight at the end" that's what she said!
I feel stupid now
Thats the ONLY way to do it. The way the system was designed.
I wear one of these when I take my German Shepherd for his walk
T Hill why lol wtf
I'm embarrassed to say that I used to be "some people"
