I think 8 to long 6 on mine running 10 paddle tires and I don't use a shock so it dont compress down on launch but itl be nice when your finished either way

I'm not sure what I'll do with the take off parts - I may box them as an "MX kit," because it can always be converted back.
If I'm able to make it to a dyno, I will definitely be sharing, but I don't plan to any time soon.

Been watching you for a while now awesome content! Started binge watching all the older builds and started following the recent builds that are going on, watched so much that I went and bought a bike of my own. 2008 Honda trx450r!!
Oh yeah and by the way you really should've put some antiseize on those axle keys especially living in Pa because if you know anything about different types of metals then you would know that aluminum and steel don't get along well and like to corrode and will become a ugly nasty mess unless you antiseize them or paint the keys or something.
Mike you should do a budget quad build trying to get the fastest time with the least amount of cash possible.

Thank you for using my link dude; it's a great little parts washer. I do about a 50/50 mix or diesel or kerosene to mineral spirits and it lasts a pretty long time.

Good ol' Milwaukee batteries! I do die repair, I've seen so many Milwaukees fall apart just like that. I've had dewalts too and their batteries will crack too. I've been running bauer from harbor freight for 2 years.. batteries are the toughest I've seen. Shame the tools don't have as much power lol.
I've heard pretty good things about Bauer. The one thing I will say, is that the battery that broke was a cheap aftermarket lol

If you want to go a step further you can order titanium hardware for the rear axle along with titanium keys. I bought mine at racetech titanium. They are super quick with shipping as well. Can’t wait to see the finished product of this build!! This is my kinda poison!

Some SLS (superlight) triple buff skat trak paddles are typically a lot lighter than the standard buff. However they’re pricey and usually a long wait. I’d see how those paddles are, see if you want more paddles/less, haulers, extremes, etc and consider ordering some
