Addendum: you should run Vest of the First Fist over Heartend Cross Strap because the Cross strap breaks the combat chain. Goliath Gauntlet does too so you need to be careful about the timing! 👌

FYI, if you cast Rotary Ram before Payload it will have broken the chain and Payload won't have dominate
