I always go to the gym right when it opens at 4AM so I’m the only one there for the first hour before this lovely older couple shows up after 5😂😂 I refuse to go at any other time unless I get someone to go with me
I need to find this motivation, I go after work around 6pm and it’s awful. I’ve gone as early as 7am on weekends, but the older couples are already there. 😂
Yes! I go 5-6am before work. Maybe 15 people there.
But, I can use almost anything. Where after work its packed!
