So, Bauble was bugged and you could increase the CDR by an additional 20% if you got mana buff+red pot so 60% cdr from items+20% cdr from buff/pot you could get to 80% cdr(cooldowns runneth over) on NORMAL games. Needless to say the item got disabled very fast.
It was worse. If you died while at 80% cooldown, when you respawned the new cap was at 100% cooldown. I ran a few games abusing this with things like unlimited ult Nu Wa, perma shield geb, and the dancing queen chang'e. This was in normal conquest games. Completely broken.

5 tiamat spawning minions, I could envision a poor soul trying to clear the wave then all of a sudden NOM dead or 5 ymir and just straight up block the enemy in their base with walls another would be 4 horus and 1 xing/atlas, xing/atlas grabs someone while the 4 horus take turns flying through the entire map

I can see them removing the CDR from blue and red pot if they want too add this item back into the game because honestly the game is going from a damage oriented build to a more CDR focused and I don't know how too feel about it. You already can't move against Kumbha so he gets the ring you might as well just walk away from the match
It won’t be as much fun, but it should be a 10% max increase. For 50% total and just make so you do 25% less damage. So if you want that 10% you have to take a huge negative with it.

I believe due to how easy it is to apply and how acpunch is more about Debuffing an enemies healing than anything, The ult should deal no Damage but lowers The enemies Magical protections(15 each stack) and Anti heal(20% per stack). additionally Souls will Drop Corpses on the ground(are 20% less effective than you're summoned ones) So that way You could have explosion extravengansa instead of Steamroll.

Well that explains it. I thought it was just that you could get 100% on games that had 80% max cd.
