Master in the kitchen and on the baler as well, great job Rhonda! Even had to do some hefty repairs to the baler twine that a lot of men couldn't do. Now I bet you're ready for a nice shower and some that wonderful-looking chicken and rice. Thanks for sharing it all. 👍🙏
Great job of fixing the press!! We also bale hay and do all of the repairs!! I wanted to tell you that I would put you up against anyone any day!!! I could never get me Wife to help me in the Fields!! It sure helps to have an interest in Farming!! You are a Wonderful, special Person!!!
Happy Thursday, Rhonda!😊😊😊😊😊😎☀💙💙💙💙💙🌈💖💖💖💖💖👍. I'm glad that you're okay when the strong wind on yesterday hits the power lines somewhere and destroys a tree. So...yeah. Have fun cutting and be safe out there.😊💙🌈💖🌷👍
Hi Ronda. You did such a great job fixing the string on the baler. Seeing you in their in a tight spot getting dirty show how much a hard worker you are and not afraid to fix it. Great job Ronda.
Rhonda I am here to tell you girl you should have a Wonder Woman's suit, I cannot fathom how you can do all the things you do around that farm. With all the meals and food prep you are awesome girl.
By the way, you are an impressive bale "tie-r". I cannot imagine how I would ever crawl around the baler and then do it with one hand. I could see Kenzie breaking into laughter just like you did. 🤣
There are two real enemies of the farming life, computer printers and bale knotters 😂 Funny how I always tense and hold my breath when you guys struggle with whatever it is your trying to fix, as when you had to pull the strings around the pulleys, haha, well, this was a nice finish of my Thursday night, sleep well all of Acres of Clay, both man and animals alike 😊
Your supper looks Gr8 ; I am very “very “ impressed with your ability to do other things as well. !!! Especially fixing the knottier problem. I know this not easy to learn much less actually re string a 3 by 3 bailer !! You should be proud of all your ability s’ an courage to “dive off “inside a big square hay bailer ... no easy task . Good video.
kevin is a very lucky man has a wife that can cook, bale hay and fix the baler i remember having to do that before we got a round baler. take care, be safe and well.
Ronda, you are an amazing mom, farm girl, and a very talented woman. You really impress us with your ability to repair equipment with one hand. Great video and God Bless you and your wonderful family.
Except the fact, you working also you, cooked! I feel the smell here in Ontario where I am right now! Blessings and all the Best wishes ! Thank you so much, AoCH !
So you get the supper (dinner) prepared and then head out to the field to do some baling. . . . any questions? You realize that some city folks do not understand why farming has such a strong draw for some people. It is work, work, and more work. There are many other farms just like Acres of Clay. However, your channel is impressive. Take care in this busy season. 😊
It is great that you know how to fix the twine so it will keep tying the knots. I remember my dad and grandpa doing it on our old JD baler. Super looks good. Thank you.
Good evening acers of clay Rhonda I just seen a video of last year of when you said your dog passed away. It broke my heart. I seen on newer videos you guys have another one. And have a blessed first August weekend
Rhonda, you sound like your weather is quite similar to ours here in Western PA we had two inches it'll be 3 weeks to coming Monday and then a half inch later in that week and we haven't seen much more than a tent in the gauge since but we got enough early this week to rain us out of combining oats and then enough today to rain this out of unloading oats but we're getting enough to keep us going my little alcohol that I farmed with most of my life always called these growing showers and they work out pretty good but every now and then you just need a good inch or so keep everything growing wish you the best hope your crops come off well and everybody's safe
Rhonda I was hoping you wouldn’t get an eye full of that dirt! Great job you never gave up! Glad you got it knotted and back on your way🥵 And the shot of the sunflowers were beautiful 💕💕
Excellent video Rhonda, job well done, cooking then baling, great work fixing the knotter too, they can be tricky sometimes, and the chicken and rice looked delicious, I didn't think at first it was enough for all of you, but it made a lot, thanks for sharing!
Good job Ronda. Be careful when you're crawling in and around the machines. Also watch your eyes around all the chaff and dust that builds up under the machinery. Take care and stay safe.
The chicken and rice looks good! We disconnect our monitor and remove it from the tractor, we have an open station and it has drained the tractor in the past. Good job on re-threading the knotter, I haven't ran a large square baler, but the principle is pretty much the same on small square balers, needles, eagle beaks, twine sweeps, knives, etc... Good job on re-threading and staying with it, that's a lot of tenacity. I can see your years of experience, that shows in your knowledge. Thanks for sharing, have a great weekend.
Enjoyed watching you fix supper and then the baler. Nothing like getting chaff down your shirt on a sweaty day, I never minded working in the hay field though.
Ronda -- You are a "Superwife"! You can do it all! Thanks for showing us how to fix that baler, even though I will never use that knowledge it's still interesting to see how they work. The chicken & rice looked great too. The cheese would put it over the top! BTW, I used to tell my dear late sister when she would say "they are calling for rain" that if they wouldn't call for it then it might not come! LOL. We always got a laugh out of that!
Hello there. We used to put Sheep 🐑 on to graze grass off when it wasn't worth cutting. Sheep 🐑 muck is the best fertiliser there is. Also a good lot of rotten bedding muck in the winter months. We don't use Artificial at all.
That is what I am having for supper tonight. I get the Chicken and Rice soup from the local restaurant, I add some extra chicken out of the can, and then down the hatch. I am sure it is not as good as yours, but it will fill the empty spot. When you were working on getting the knotter and pulleys re-strung, I was thinking that you were going to end up with a face full of chaff, because it was falling/blowing all around you. Great job all around Ronda!!!
Hi there Rhonda! Any leftovers on your chicken and wild rice crock pot feast? I'll be on my way shortly! LOL! Looks really good, I must say. Another successful day on the farm even with the little twine hiccup there on the baler. Have a great weekend!!
Rhonda, just remembered Kevin done a great job with the camera you all are a blessed family love the videos was supposed to get rain today which we need in western Ohio barely enough to wet the dust
With the drought in parts of the country and Canada hay is a precious item. Down in Texas etc some farms/ranches are selling cattle off. Tough times for some.
Good job Ronda you working very hard trying get everything done be for it get dark and raining 🌧 out and I hope the boys pick up all of the Bell of hay all of it put in the barn and be good see you all later
You are an amazing lady Ronda, you prepared supper, went baling and even repaired the knotter, Kevin is a very lucky man.
I second that!!!!!!
You’re definitely as Organized as anyone we have ever seen and your Entire Family is ALL IN with keeping the Farm Running Efficiently. 👍🙏
My hat is off to you for fixing machine in the field Rhonda
You rock Rhonda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kevin is an incredibly blessed man to have a woman like you in his life.
Woo hoo! Rockin' Rhonda showing the bailer who's boss. Lol
Master in the kitchen and on the baler as well, great job Rhonda! Even had to do some hefty repairs to the baler twine that a lot of men couldn't do. Now I bet you're ready for a nice shower and some that wonderful-looking chicken and rice. Thanks for sharing it all. 👍🙏

Good work
Rhonda you are a trooper! To fix the knotter your self. The jet stream is over you. That is the reason we are dry. In South Central Kansas.
Ronda, you are the best at thinking ahead. Dang it though, stop forgetting the water :). You must stay hydrated riding around under the hot sun.😮
I need to do better...
