With regards to eye bags, if you're sleeping eell and you're still getiing puffy eyes, consider getting a blood test doen to check your kidney function. This is not to scare you though but if you're not sleeping enough then please start sleeping well and have a set bedtime routine they'l go. We call it sleep hygiene here in England 😄 Lots of love❤️❤️

Hi good morning! You need to have some bedroom slippers for when you get off the bed in the morning. That floor is so cold, you can catch cold from under your feet. And don't don't don't take your ring 💍 anywhere to adjust, let your husband to take it back to his country to get a just. That tile is cold. Oh I'm first to comment here.
Heyyy, actually I do have a rug for the bedroom floor and three pairs of house slippers, but they got laundered the previous day hence why I was barefeet.. but you're right. The tiled floor is very cold.

Hi Ms mariie thank you for this video .I need to bring back self care into my life it so important to take care of ourselves sometimes we do forget thanks for the reminders I have to get back to that. Also reading calms the mind it also give you so much knowledge but we know we have to choose the right books your eyebrows don't need no retouch yet it looking good I leave on those mask until day dry up I don't throw them away with just 1 use your skin looks beautiful .yes we sure can forget about ourselves I will definitely be doing this .oh congratulations on your license am proud of you sweetheart you doing great .everything will fall into place you deserve all the happiness in the world .yes nails are on point thank you for all the reminders I need it. hi brother
