How to be a Damn Good Piercer Player (Play Smart 5) - Crossout Gameplay PS4

A lot of players seem to have trouble finding the right build and play style for rapid fire machine guns. That's why they're often labeled as bad weapons, which I strongly disagree with. They're just different to play.
I use Piercers as example, but obviously it goes for Fidgets and Imps as well.
