Hello! Its not, if you want to special summon it from graveyard, you need to summon it first, then you can special summon it from graveyard if it destroyed.

I wouldn't call myself an expert but there are things I can help you first of all always use the neo space skill but also remember to put a copy of neo space in your deck incase it gets destroyed and a copy neo space conductor there also there are other cards you want to have in your deck like instant neo space neos fusion and miracle contact now the extra deck because that's the most important part first of all always have elemental hero brave neos because it really helps with the deck to search out your cards and its pretty easy to summon you just need elemental hero neos and one level 4 or lower effect monster another monster to have in your extra deck is elemental hero neos knight because it can easily get rid of monsters thanks to it's ability to attack a second time when you're opponent takes no battle damage and you're aponet takes no battle damage from battles involving it which is bad but once again you get to destroy two of your aponet monsters you could also summon it with flash fusion then equipp it with instant neo space so when it's destroyed during the end phase you get a free elemental hero neos I also recommend elemental hero aqua neos because once per turn you can destroy one random card in your aponet hand which is really good because you can stop your aponet from using it for combo play and with out of the way let's talk about the main I recommend elemental hero neos alius because you normal summon it again for it's name to become elemental hero neos I also recommend putting cross porter so can special summon neo spacian monsters from your hand or even search them out from the deck also a neo spacian that is more useful than you think is neo spacian aqua dolphin because with it you can look at your aponet hand thanks to its special ability I also recommend using at least one copy of neo spacian glow moss because it's effect help to end your aponet battle phase so I don't recommend it that much because it does let your aponet draw a card so don't use it to much now for the spells and traps I already recommend for you neos fusion miracle contact and instant neo space but I also recommend next for special summoning and common soul also for special summoning but also for boosting your monsters attack points and ya that pretty much all I know about neo spacians so take all what I say with a pinch of salt

What about summon three different dark magician and blue eyes white dragon? The classic one, the one with the stele and the DSOD one?
Triple BE is easy, just get Protector, Sage, Maiden, and one Blue Eyes.
