    Handi Kebab Recipe Ingredients:
    For the kebabs:
    Chicken mince 1 kg
    Coriander 1 bunch
    Green chillies 10 to 12
    Garlic 1 tbsp
    Ginger 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tbsp
    Cumin 2 tbsp
    Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    To make:
    Onion (chopped) 2 large
    Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
    Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
    Tomato (Grinded) 5
    Cumin 2 tbsp
    Coriander powder 2 tbsp
    Fresh Coriander 1/3 bunch
    Chili powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tbs
    Chilli 1 tbsp
    Oil 1 cup
    Potato Veggie ½ kg
    Green chillies 6 to8
    Method:
    Grind all the ingredients of the kebab well and make the kebab. Now put a little oil in a pan, fry them for 6 to 8 minutes, and keep aside.
    Add a little oil in a saucepan for the curry and fry the onion. Then add garlic and ginger and cook for one minute. Now cook tomatoes, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric, salt, talar chili, and potato wedges well till the potatoes are completely cooked. Then add the kebab and add green chilies and green coriander cook for 1 minute and serve.
    Lobia Qeema Recipe Ingredients:
    Boiled white beans 250 grams
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Oil 1 cup
    Onion (sliced) 2 large
    Tomato (sliced) 4
    Green chillies (sliced) 4
    Garlic 1 tbsp
    Ginger (sliced) 1 tbsp
    Cumin 2 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 2 tbsp
    Method :
    Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden. Now add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute. Then add beef mince, chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander, and cumin and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and 4 cups of water to fry until the mince becomes soft. When the mince is done, add beans and green chillies cook for 1 minute and serve.
