That's a great sculpt. Looks like they finally worked out the articulation kinks with the neck connector...great that they could do it for this Spidey even though they didn't for the other two...but I guess they had to crawl for this one to walk. Seriously...there's virtually NO head articulation for Tobey or Andrew...masked or unmasked...it's insane.
They must have put all the R&D into this one

I have this on order. Can't wait. Such a good Tom Holland head sculpt. I like how you have him on display. He seems pretty stead like that without any grabber?
He’s not as sturdy as he looks. You need to really dial in his centre or gravity and flatten the soles of the feet down for as much contact as possible or he will take a tumble. For me it’s worth it for the pose

One of my favourite figures I own. Sadly the stitching on mine is coming out on the blue section on the legs so may need to get it sorted. Great review

Mate i know how you feel when i bought my Hot Toys limited edition comic book Spider-Man it come with the fabric on the right foot coming out at the bottom still annoys me today and it was the same price as this one 380. I hope you fix your stitching man. ✌
A very solid review bud. I'll eventually pick this up because of it's more (to me) classic look compared to, say, an armored or black ninja spidey. I'm a diorama base guy too.
That said, I'm more reserved in my praise compared to many others, whether they literally have it in hand or not. My feelings to date:
*The super bright blue portion is overly shiny but still a B or so.
*Sculpt & base both As.
*The accessories a C.
Misc notes- most(?) agree that, on the whole in 2023 - 2024, HT's head sculpting & paint printing technology is rocking on most figs overall. We're lucky these recent many months. Speaking of technology progression, their "stiching capabilities" needs their next leap in technology; e.g. micro stiching or new material or a combination of new materials + stiching. Most would agree, in some cases, the suit seams on this fig's side or armpits, or other figs, etc, etc. are in need of improvement for sure. Related, it's hard to find a review or owner who hasn't already stated, "I'm not going to pose my $300+ purchase...", or, "I understand if I leave him/her in my preferred look for my figure, it will eventually ruin it." Am simply saying by decades end or a few yrs before, HT's (suit) materials technology could use a new echelon. I firmly believe we'll eventually get there (safe posing) with every figure. 👍🏻
I’m with you on the posing thing. It is off putting if you want to use dynamic posing but worry it will damage the suit.
I would love to see someone and I don't know if it is possible have the chimney puff up smoke and their display

I honestly don't know what to do man i think if i don't buy this figure now it will be very hard to get in future and it will be three times the price 😪
Maybe not 3 times but it may increase. It’s expensive enough at retail to be honest. Then again with enough patience you will find any figure for a price you’re willing to pay 👍🏼
