S7 is the regular one, its most likely bigger, has better quality and more features, this means its in the middle when it comes to the price S7+ has more features, is bigger, better quality therefore making jt more expensive
i was using samsung tablet for 2 years it’s really nice and u don’t have to buy the pencil bcs it’s already there and the price is still affordable thoo, but since my tablet is broken i move to apple product but i recommend you to buy samsung tablet 😃

You don't need to charge it because the s-pen doesn't have a battery so you can use it anytime without charging
