It'll be nice to see the new setup. A year ago I thought it looked perfect between the numbers of statues you had and the space between them. The art prints above fit very well. I can see you're getting swamped with new stuff and will need to give everything some breathing room. Cool collection bro.

Things are definitely changing, and collectors are slowing down if they are not completely getting out. Between the increasing prices plus market saturation and collectors running out of space plus the aftermarket has really slowed down making it very difficult to purchase new ones. I'm not sure where things are headed, but I still love collecting.
Awesome collection! I’m happy now that I can match my physical collectibles with my new digital ones, so I can bring them with me everywhere and show them to my friends in Augmented reality, without risking damaging them 🙏🔥

one of the most awesome statue collections out of all the collectors videos Ive seen so far. I have two pieces over the years at our local Comic con. I plan on having a large collection when Im able to afford it and when I have the house to put them in. Im in a very small apartment.
Thank you man, the space is defiantly needed when you have a lot of statues. Otherwise it can take over your home. Apartment living would be tough to collect, but it’s not a race which is a good thing. You can always find new statues / old ones at different times. Goodluck man
Yea Sideshow are great on the prices, their new Joker is probably the best Joker I’ve ever seen, brilliant pose, brilliant portrait, brilliant base, brilliant paint & sculpt and it’s $600, amazing price. I payed more than that for my 1/6 unlicensed Demon Slayer statues.
I think £600 is very expensive to me I'm not rich unfortunately so I can only buy busts and statues worth £30 £40 each not everyone in this world is rich and some cannot afford these items I think people that have alot of money are really lucky if I'm being honest some are actually really greddy and don't give any to the poor or charity I know some people can not even afford to buy there food

I've watched your collection grow immensely, you definitely need a bigger place my friend. You have so many pieces I'd like to have but I'm trying to practice restraint, not easy! Will be very interested to see the new room once it is ready. You're not kidding about prices. The 1:4 scale prices for statues coming in 2023 are looking like 1:3 scale prices from 2019. Add on top increase shipping rates. Sadly that is true across many hobbies/collections these days. Personally I have to become more and more picky / more focused about what I collect. Used to get a super hero or LOTR character here and there but now I am strictly getting Predator, Terminator, and Godzilla.

Have said it many times, but this is one hell of a collection you have, mate. Will be interested to see what your new setup looks like. I was really hyped for that sideshow venom when I saw the first reveal pics, but then I noticed the seams and thought I'd wait to see the in-hand products. Had a look at it in person at the pop cultcha gallery the other day and was turned right off by the paint of all things. Feels like the sort of piece that would really shine with a custom paint job. As an aside, the sideshow carnage is amazing... really tempted to pick it up given the price. As for collecting costs, you're 100% right, it's getting crazy... but I'm about to run out of space anyway. Just PO'd the Prime 1 cliff attack and have space for maybe 2 or 3 big pieces before I'm completely done. Happy NY mate.

Such a great collection, we have similar tastes, minus the movie statues. I have very similar Sideshow and XM pieces. I have a bunch of the LOTR swords too and ironically, my first statue was Hulk vs Wolverine too. Great display.

Depends on which ones you buy, usually if their is demand for a certain piece and smaller eddition size they hold / go Up in value. I don’t think they are great investments, but you won’t lose big money on collecting, always someone willing to buy them. I more do it as a hobby than a money making exercise

Your Prime1 Goku, Last Sleep Broly and Goku are my favourite statues in your collection, but brilliant collection dude, sadly I couldn’t afford it haha. I only have 6 statues, 3 Prime1 Berserk, 3 unlicensed Demon Slayer, then I also collect PVC scale figures that are nearly getting up to resin prices, $400 for small 1/6 scales, crazy. Then also Nendoroids, I actually added it up and I spent $1,500 on those this year, I could have bought a 1/4 Prime1 instead, you don’t notice it adding up.
It adds up quick man, gotta be careful with this hobby, you can get in deep with pre orders real quick. Appreciate it man, your own collection sounds like it’s going real well. The p1 DBZ stuff is the best! I need to display it properly

I have a 20ft and 40ft container on the farm, I literally fill them up with the boxes lol very hard to store them otherwise.
