Ingredients
Eggs - 4 pcs
Potatoes - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
Sausage of your choice - 4 pieces
Cheese - 60 grams
Olive oil or cooking oil - 10 ml
Parsley for sprinkling
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Grate the potato and carrot.
We salt them and cover them with cold water.
