Actually, they call Hongjoong 'dad' and Seonghwa 'mom' because Seonghwa always comforts them and Hongjoong disciplines them. They went to a tarot card reader and she called them husband (Hongjoong) and wife (Seonghwa) haha

So, the first video when Hongjoong was wearing the ears, Hongjoong said “Just wait til we get home” because the other members were using informal language.
I’m not 100% sure but I’m pretty sure the game was that he had to keep his cool while the other (younger) members tried to make him mad/upset. So they started using informal language when talking to him despite the fact that he’s their leader and also older than them.
I could be reading it wrong though so if I am, feel free to correct me lol.
