Thanks for the guide! Also for the resistance stacking trick, you can right click on your stances to display the stance menu which is much easier to do than having to click on the small arrow.
I only figured it out like 2 months ago lol
Great guide as always! I have the gear for this build I just didn't have time to give it a try, will definitely do now! 😎
Hey,
your insights of the build are appreciated and of course the effort that goes into making a build video!
Currently I am considering returning to WvW and looking into various classes and builds as well as gear setups.
So, very useful video^^
Thank you! Heal vindi is not the best choice for a beginner, check out heal scourge or druid ;)
@@metallonegw2283 thanks. I will surely take a look.
Nice guide ty
finally \o/, nice one!
that was a great guide, thank you! I was looking for one that explained the Mace and Karakosa relic, and I am only just exploring the class now...
Hello, mace got nerfed like 7 days ago, and now it procs only 1 blast instead of 3 .
Also Karakosa healing was nerfed quite a bit, so it's probably better to go staff/staff and monk relic for now :/
ohh. noooo just when I rerolled a character slot for it@@metallonegw2283 😢
Bravo🎉
it's good to use battle dance with about face to leap forward
True!
Thank you for the explanation. I just made a new Vindicator and still need to get used to the Legendary buttons. They are all so useful and i believe in combat i will often press the wrong ones. As long as i dont break the tablet i should do ok (i think). Also the Energy shield that costs me health, can it be countered by someone giving me a barrier?
You cannot get barrier during the Urn of Saint Viktor
When do you use your enery depleting skills? I quite struggle with legendary alliance it seems like i always dont have enough energy in a fight
Urn of saint viktor if need sustained heals, tree song for cleanses+heals, other 2 are a bit "worse" , use them to save stunned allies or to give resistance. Practice will make you improve
I'm curious if I can just have 2 sets of shield and mace instead of equipping a staff?
You can, but it would make almost no sense .
Also in the January 30 balance patch, mace will be nerfed to only have 1 blast instead of 3, making it waaay worse than the current version, not to mention the nerf to Karakosa relic, which is not super big, but still present
This is not the best healing build in the game.
My Argument is you can run an all celestial Scourge and get better healing and boon duration.
You’ll also get unlimited barrier, protection and alacrity.
You’ll have healing available every second and can continue healing allies while you rez them at the same time.
Scourge is strong, but it will never replace other secondary supports like vindicator or druid:
the heal/barrier is decent but too low to keep a party up , the condi removal is totally insufficient, boon coverage is almost null, no resistance no protection etc.
The boonrip is very good though, and the barrier is nice to have and to combine with a healer which heals(no barrier). That's why scourge is considered as 3rd party support, 1st being firebrand, 2nd being vindi/druid/scrapper.

My apologies but I didn’t see the WvW title earlier.
The scourge is heavily nerfed for WvW.
Every update they nerf it more and more.
In this care you would be correct to go vindicator.
For PvE. Scourge is a beast of a healer and if you would like me to show you how I did it (not meta) I’ll be glad via discord.
@@dellenrules wait are you talking about pve? Because i only speak WvW . I don't have a guild
@@dellenrules i don't really do much pve as of today, but i believe you, thanks :)
