11:42 the reason for that is maximum utilization of runway due to wake. If the 747 went first, the 737 (or any other narrowbody) would have to wait 2-3 minutes before they can depart. If the 737 departs first, the 747 can depart at any time after the 737. So for ATC, sending the 737 first will be more beneficial.
Spice jet got priority as it might be because of wake turbulence that 747 will leave behind if it takes off first and that would be disastrous for spice jet if it follows suit.
