BT - Rogue Solo Illidan (Level 85)

Level 85 Rogue solos Illidan
It took me many, MANY tries to get this down! I did this in Combat spec. First off, I had a +90 Agility food buff, Blessing of Forgotten Kings, a Flask of Steelskin, and of course my poisons. Just before combat starts, I pop an Earthen Potion to help deal with Illidan's damage. For Phase 1, I kite Illidan around to give my Recuperate time to catch up.
When Phase 2 starts, I pop another Earthen Potion and bring the 2 elementals together. Make heavy use of Feint to deal with AOE damage. I saved Killing Spree, Adrenaline Rush, Cloak of Shadows, and Evasion for this phase. Once the elementals are dead, I use a Dense Embersilk Bandage to heal myself up before Illidan drops back down.
Phase 2 is where I had the most wipes, it took me a while to get the rhythm down but once I did I was able to kill Illidan pretty quickly. For the rest of the phases, I pretty much just continued to follow the same strategy of kiting Illidan, keeping Recuperate up and using my other cooldowns as they become available.
Good luck! I hope other people can use this strategy to also solo Illidan on their Rogues!
With this, 7/9 bosses in Black Temple can now be soloed by a Rogue. Reliquary of Souls and the Illidari Council are the only bosses currently that cannot.

My rogue hit 85 in Cata classic, I have a mixture of epics and 330 gear. Is it possible like that? I want those glaives REALLY BAD.

Wheres all that healing coming from? Do rogues get a self heal in cata? Asking because cata classic is out now

Recuperate. Its a finisher that heals you and if specct (Sublety) regenerate Energy
